30-Day Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Start a Return Email us at jdfdesignsllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at jdfdesignsllc@gmail.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
